You know you want a website, but after that you may have more questions than answers. We'll help you make the process as easy as possible. Find answers to common questions about pricing, our business, and the web design process.

Do I really need a website?

Not always. If you have more customers than you can keep up with, you might not need a website. However, if you want to expand your business and customer base, a website is the perfect way to grow your brand!

How long will it take you to build my site?

Our current lead time is between 2-4 weeks. That includes design, development, and any revisions that are needed before the site is ready to go live!

How long will it take to get to the first page of Google?

Usually it takes about 6 months for your website to get highly ranked on Google. To help speed up the process we provide a separate service to set up a Google Business Profile, which makes your website easy to find immediately. We charge $50 to set that profile up for you, then you'll be able to manage it yourself.

How do you communicate with customers?

I like to start with a call, either on the phone or through video-conference to discuss the project. After that I can adjust to your preference. We can communicate through email, phone, or whatever you prefer.

How much will my website cost?

Maybe the biggest question swirling around your mind. Our pricing is straight forward to make it easy. Our package prices range from $350 to $600. It depends on the type of website you need. We have a price guide you can find below. For example, my site would be a basic site, costing $350 for the design and development.

How does your payment process work?

We split the payment into two parts. You'll pay 50% when we start the design process, then the remaining amount when you approve your website and it's live. We start maintenance fees at that time as well. We will send you an invoice, and you'll be able to pay online using your bank account or any major debit/credit card. We use Stripe for our billing process to make it easy for you.

Do you only serve customers in the USA?

We can serve customers around the world! We focus on supporting small businesses in our local area, but we are happy to help you no matter where you are located!

Will my website be mobile friendly?

Yes, your website will be fully responsive, meaning it will work great on any screen size. We don't charge extra for this, it is a part of our standard design and development process.

Who owns the domain?

You will own the domain. We will help you register the domain in your name and address. This means you will have full ownership and control over it.

Who pays for my domain name?

You'll pay for your domain name. However, we'll help you get it registered or migrated from your old site.

I already have a website, can you change it?

Your current site can stay live while I build your new website. Once your new site is ready, we will swap them out. This system ensures you don't have any down time between upgrading your site.

Do you charge a maintenance fee?

Yes, our maintenance fee ranges between $50-$75 a month. This includes minor content updates, troubleshooting, and web hosting. Any major design changes after I deliver your site would be a separate charge we will discuss together.

Do I need hosting?

Yes. Hosting is like renting space on the internet, kind of like your digital storefront. You'll need to buy hosting, otherwise people won't be able to find and access your site.

Who pays for hosting?

You'll have two options. Hosting is included in our maintenance fee, but if you want to manage the website yourself, you can pay for the hosting yourself and we won't charge the maintenance fee.

Who hosts the site?

If we build your site, we will take care of the hosting. We use Webflow (the same tool I use to build your site) for hosting. It's the same company I use for my website. They have super-fast servers that make sure your website loads quickly. Weblfow uses a CDN (content delivery network), meaning your website is delivered from servers nearby where the user is (this makes sure your website is delivered quickly whether your user is in California or New York).
